Functions covered by our administrative staff include:

> Preparation and checking of disbursement accounts and final bills, invoicing on behalf of clients, together with reporting of demurrage receipts in a monthly statement of accounts.

> Provision of regular updates regarding potential cargo claims.

> Obtaining visas required by crews and visitors requiring entry into Nigeria.

> Providing all vessels with the local certificates that are required to enable them to operate in Nigerian Waters.

THE RESULT

The unpredictable and often difficult circumstances of operating in Nigeria provide a very challenging environment and experience in dealing with the local ports and government authorities which is very essential.

APMDC started full operations in October 2005 and since then has really made tremendous impact in the local market. APMDC has worked for the following companies:

1. Prosafe Production (Nig) Limited Lagos - We were doing all their offshore clearances on the FPSO ABO without officials going on board.

2. Hydrodive Group (Nig) Limited.

3. Omak Maritime Limited. - We handle their entire vessel Temporary Importation Permits (TIPs) and as well as all their ship spare parts imports into Nigeria.

4. Michelin (Nig) Limited. - As you may know they are manufacturers and we clear and deliver about 70% of their entire imports to Port Harcourt.

5. Africa Oilfield Service Limited. - We do their drilling equipment and deliver to their door.
